‘Ditch the workout and join the party’. Zumba is really exercise in disguise. Classes are designed for everbody and every body. We take the ‘work’ out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party.
Zumba is a fantastic way to lose weight, gain self-esteem and relieve stress. Zumba is suitable for all levels of fitness. Just take it steady to start with and over time it will become easier. Zumba dance steps are really easy to follow, it doesn’t matter if you do not know how to dance. As soon as the hot, latin music starts you will not be able to resist shaking your hips and tapping your feet to the sizzling, motivating rhythms from around the world.

Zumba Step is a combination of the upbeat rhythms of Zumba and the glute-shaping and toning elements of a traditional Step class. The result is a lower-body shaping workout that’s fun, easy to follow, and gives amazing results.
Zumba Step increases calorie burning, and will define and sculpt your core and legs.
A Zumba Toning class combines all the fun of a regular Zumba class but with the addition of lightweight toning sticks that you use like a set of maracas. The aim of the class is to focus on specific muscle groups to target upper and lower body. The addition of the toning sticks adds a new dimension to the class. Toning sticks currently come in 2 weights – 1lb (green) and 2.5lb (purple). Both are available to use at my classes.
